Spark, from Gravity
Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
Who we are
Spark, at sparkclients.com, is operated by Gravity Culture Coaching LLC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Gravity Culture Coaching LLC.
This policy explains what information Spark collects, how we use it, which companies help us run Spark, and the choices you have. Your use of Spark is also covered by our Terms of Service.
You can reach us at hello@creategravity.io.
Signing in with Google
Spark signs people in with Google. Spark asks Google only for basic sign-in access: your name, email address and profile picture (the email and profile permissions).
When you press Continue with Google and approve the request, Google shares that basic profile with Spark, along with your Google account ID. Nothing arrives until you approve it.
Spark uses your email address to create your account, sign you in and send the emails your account needs. Your Google account ID tells Spark which account is yours. Spark does not show or use your name or your profile picture. Supabase, which runs Spark's sign-in, stores this profile with your account.
Spark does not ask for, and cannot read, your Gmail, your Google Drive files, your Google Calendar or your Google Contacts.
We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
You can remove Spark's access at any time from your Google Account's permissions page. To delete your Spark account and what Google shared, email hello@creategravity.io.
Spark's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can always sign in with a link and a six-digit code sent to your email instead.
What you give Spark
- Spark keeps your email address, which is how you sign in, with a link and a code sent to it or with Google.
- Spark keeps your answers to its questions about your business.
- Spark keeps the profile, pages, pictures and posts it writes and draws from your answers.
- Spark stores any product pictures, logo and product reference sheets you upload.
- When you name a website, Spark's servers read its public pages and stylesheets to find your brand colors and logo. Nothing from that site is sent to an AI model, and a logo Spark finds is stored with that report.
- Spark keeps the page addresses you give it for your posts to link to.
- When you ask about a plan, Spark keeps your name, your email address, the plan, any note you write, your account if you are signed in, and the IP address the request came from.
- When you ask for the free workbook, Spark keeps your email address, the country or region you choose and when you agreed to receive it. Spark also keeps the IP address and browser your request came from as the record of your consent, the keyword or video that brought you there when the link carried one, and whether the email was delivered.
- When you buy, Spark keeps what you bought and the payment details Stripe sends, set out under Payments below.
- While you work, your browser also keeps a copy of your answers in progress, and any page made from them, on your device.
How we use it
- To run Spark for you: to write your profile, pages, pictures and posts, and to let you export them. Spark builds the files you export and does not host your page.
- To take payment for what you buy.
- To send the emails described below.
- To find and fix faults.
We use your information for nothing else.
AI and your content
Spark writes and draws your work with one Google service, Google Cloud's Vertex AI.
- Vertex AI receives your answers and the work written from them, to write and check your profile, pages, suggestions and posts. It also receives the pictures Spark drew, with the product pictures or reference sheet each one should match, to check them.
- Vertex AI receives a written description of each picture, with the product pictures or reference sheets it should match, to draw your pictures.
Spark does not train AI models on your content.
How Google handles what this service receives is set by Google's own terms, including the Google Cloud terms.
- Supabase, which runs sign-in, sends your sign-in link and code through Resend.
- Resend delivers the free workbook when you ask for it, an email after a purchase when we send one, and the notice we receive when you ask about a plan.
- Every workbook email carries a link to unsubscribe. One press on the page it opens takes you off the list, and many mail apps show their own unsubscribe button that works right away.
- Stripe may email you a receipt for a payment.
Payments
Stripe runs the checkout page and the page where you manage a monthly plan. Your card number goes to Stripe, and Spark never sees or stores it.
Stripe tells Spark your email address, what you bought, the amount paid and whether the payment went through, and later whether it was refunded or disputed. Spark keeps a record of each purchase so your account shows what you own.
Companies that help run Spark
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with these companies, each of which runs one part of Spark and receives only what that part needs.
- Supabase holds Spark's database, runs sign-in and stores your files privately.
- Vercel hosts and serves the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It sets no cookies and does not identify visitors.
- Stripe takes payments and runs the page where you manage a monthly plan.
- Google runs Vertex AI, part of Google Cloud, which writes, checks and draws your work. Google also runs Google sign-in when you choose it. Google Fonts serves the typeface this site uses, so your browser asks Google's servers for it.
- Resend delivers email.
- Sentry records errors, and load times for a sample of page visits, so faults can be found and fixed.
The companies that host Spark and its database keep standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the service secure and working.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
- We keep your account and your work for as long as your account is open.
- We keep a workbook signup, with the record of your consent, so we can show you agreed to it.
- After you unsubscribe, we keep your address marked as unsubscribed, so we never email it again.
- We keep payment records for as long as the law requires.
Spark has no button that deletes your account. To delete your account and your work, email hello@creategravity.io and we will do it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to receive a copy of it. Email hello@creategravity.io and we will answer within 30 days.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, these are the legal bases we rely on. We send the free workbook because you consented to receive it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing. We run Spark for you under our contract with you, and under our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service you asked for.
You have the right to erasure, which we will honor within 30 days of your request. You also have the right to data portability, and we will give you your data in a machine-readable format on request. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Keeping it safe
Everything Spark sends and receives travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your files are stored privately. Only the people who run Spark can reach its production systems.
Children
Spark is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us information, email hello@creategravity.io and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Using Spark after a change means you accept the updated policy.
