Spark

Spark, from Gravity

Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

Spark is run by Gravity Culture Coaching LLC (“we” or “us”).

By using Spark, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Spark.

What Spark does

Spark asks you a series of questions about your business and the client you most want to win. From your answers it writes a profile of that client, and the pages, pictures and posts you buy.

Spark builds your page, and any posts you buy, for you to export. You publish them wherever you choose. Spark never hosts your page, and Spark never measures how it performs.

Spark makes no promise of traffic, leads, sales or any other result.

Your account

You sign in with the link or the six-digit code in an email from Spark, or with your Google account.

You must be 18 or older to use Spark.

Keep your email account and your Google account secure. You are responsible for everything done under your Spark account.

Purchases and plans

Current prices are on the plans page. Prices are in US dollars.

Spark Flash, Spark Ignite, and Spark Flare are paid once.

Spark Smoke, Spark Burn, and Spark Blaze are monthly plans, billed every month or paid for a year in full.

Every plan renews automatically until you cancel it. A plan billed every month renews each month at the monthly price, and a plan paid for a year renews each year at the yearly price. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

Pages a plan pays for in one month do not carry over to the next.

You can cancel any time from your account. Once a plan ends it pays for no new pages, and every page already written stays yours.

After you buy Spark Flash, Spark may offer you a second version of your page at a lower price. That offer is made once.

Spark Inferno is agency work, quoted per engagement, and is agreed separately.

Refunds and disputes

If a payment is refunded in full or disputed, Spark takes back only what that payment bought that you have not used yet. A page counts as used once it has been written.

  • Every page already written stays yours to download from your pages. It can no longer be rewritten, in words or pictures.
  • A page not yet written can no longer be written, and your answers stay saved.
  • For Spark Flare, posts already written stay, and no new posts are written.

After a partial refund, you keep everything that payment bought.

If a dispute closes and the payment stands, what the dispute took back is restored. Nothing is restored while another dispute on the same payment still stands against it, or once the payment has been refunded in full.

To ask for a refund, email hello@creategravity.io.

Pictures

Spark checks every picture before you see it, and may redraw one on its own.

You can ask Spark to redraw any picture up to two times, one picture at a time. This does not include the portrait of your client or the sheet of your product.

Who owns what

You own your answers and everything Spark makes for you. Any right we could claim in that work is yours.

You give us permission to store and process your answers and your work only to run Spark for you.

Anything you upload, such as a logo or a photo of your product, must be yours or yours to use. Name only a website that is yours or that you have permission to use.

The name Spark, its software and its design belong to Gravity Culture Coaching LLC.

Work written by AI

Spark writes your pages and posts and draws your pictures with AI. AI can make mistakes. Nothing Spark writes is legal, financial or other professional advice.

Check everything Spark makes before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish, including every claim it makes about your business.

Using Spark fairly

When you use Spark, you agree that you will not:

  • make anything unlawful or deceptive, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • upload anything you do not have the rights to;
  • try to break, overload, copy or reverse engineer Spark;
  • share your account with anyone else.

Closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may close yours at any time by emailing hello@creategravity.io.

What happens to your information after that is set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that Spark will always be available or free of errors, or that what it writes will be accurate.

Limits on liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Gravity Culture Coaching LLC and its affiliates, officers and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Spark. That includes lost profits, lost data and any business decision made using what Spark writes.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or from Spark is limited to the amount you paid for Spark in the 12 months before the claim.
